About the artist

I’ve always believed that photography is much about “ƒ/8 and be there”. I would like to think or try to define what is in the frame at capture as something expressive or poetic. Beyond a photograph’s expressiveness I like to blend in metaphors and similes or add some type of symbolism. I used to print with a traditional darkroom, but now I’ve adopted the digital darkroom. In some ways I miss the darkroom and in other ways I don’t. In any event. I like the new venture and hope that my photographic vision continues. As Ruth Bernard says, “photography is a gift from the gods”, so be inspired and photograph.
